Koh-I-Noor is a Persian expression meaning Mountain of Light. This diamond was at one time considered to be the largest in the world being a 105-carat and 21.6-gram diamond. It measured 36; 31.90.13.04 mm. While it has traveled around the world, this priceless diamond was found in Golconda, which is situated in the Andhra Pradesh area of India, and was therefore owned by several Persian and Mughal and Sih rulers depending on who was on the winning side at the time. In the present day, the Koh-I-Noor is property of the British Crown and is currently being showcased in the HM Tower of London for anyone to see in all its glory.
